Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week

As a Leasing Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing success. You’ll showcase your sales skills, market our communities, and create a welcoming experience for every visitor.

What You’ll Do
Be the Face of the Community
• Provide excellent service to prospects and residents
• Create a welcoming, positive experience
Drive Leasing Success
• Lease apartments and meet occupancy goals
• Position our communities as a top market choice
Know Your Product
• Understand our amenities, features, and competitor offerings
Track & Follow Up
• Monitor traffic, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends
Manage the Lease Process
• Review applications and complete leasing paperwork accurately
Ensure Move-In Readiness
• Complete final inspections and walkthroughs
Drive Renewals
• Build strong resident relationships and coordinate renewals
Market Like a Pro
• Participate in outreach marketing to strengthen community visibility

• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office & property management systems
• Property management experience preferred (sales or leasing experience also valued)
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
