What You'll Do
Responsibilities
As a key part of our team, you’ll be responsible for keeping the community in tip-top shape, from preparing new apartments to maintaining shared spaces. Your day-to-day includes:
- Preparing apartments for new residents with care and attention
- Keeping community areas—like clubhouses, gyms, and lounges—sparkling and welcoming
- Handling light maintenance tasks (painting, filter changes, replacing light bulbs)
- Operating cleaning equipment and maintaining supplies
- Reporting and helping address minor repair needs

- Can work a flexible schedule (weekends/on-call rotation)
- 1 year of housekeeping or custodial experience
- Experience with carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Competitive pay at $16/hour to $18/hour
