Qualifications
- Valid ODE Aide Permit (may apply after being selected)
- Satisfactory results on a criminal records check
- Experience with students with disabilities preferred
- Associate’s degree or the equivalent of 48 semester or 72 quarter hours, OR complete and pass the ParaPro Assessment
- A passion for working with children and supporting their growth
- Strong communication skills, integrity, and maturity
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism when engaging with students
- A commitment to follow Madison-Champaign ESC rules and policies
- A servant-leader mindset, dedicated to helping students reach their full potential
