What Youll Do
- Assist in creating accurate quantity takeoffs for civil, architectural, and MEP scopes
- Gather and organize subcontractor quotes, material pricing, and historical cost data
- Help prepare scope comparison spreadsheets and detailed bid proposals
- Visit project sites to gather existing conditions data (when needed)
- Collaborate closely with senior estimators and project managers to learn best practices
- Maintain and update cost databases, bid logs, and vendor contacts

- Comfortable entering data into bid logs or CRM systems
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 02 years of estimating, construction, or related internship/co-op experience
- Basic understanding of construction documents and terminology
- Bonus: internship experience with digital takeoff tools, or support experience on commercial/multifamily teams
Position Details
- Schedule: MondayFriday, with occasional evenings/weekends based on project timelines
- Travel: Minimalmostly local site visits, meetings, or training sessions
- Supervision: Work under guidance of senior estimators; focus on learning and supporting the team
