Community Grounds Keeper
Location: Rockledge, FL| Full-Time | $18/hour

At Madison Community, we believe every role matters—and our Porters are the unsung heroes who keep our spaces fresh, beautiful, and inviting for all. You’ll help turn apartments into homes and common areas into gathering places.

What You'll Do

As a key part of our team, you’ll be responsible for keeping the community in tip-top shape, from preparing new apartments to maintaining shared spaces. Your day-to-day includes:

• Preparing apartments for new residents with care and attention

• Keeping community areas—like clubhouses, gyms, and lounges—sparkling and welcoming

• Handling light maintenance tasks (painting, filter changes, replacing light bulbs)

• Operating cleaning equipment and maintaining supplies

• Reporting and helping address minor repair needs

You’ll be the heart of our community—helping make it a place people are proud to call home.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in a job well done

• Is reliable, self-motivated, and a great teammate

• Communicates clearly and respectfully with others

• Is willing to travel between local properties

• Can work a flexible schedule (weekends/on-call rotation)

Bonus if you have:

• 1 year of housekeeping or custodial experience

• Experience with carpet and upholstery cleaning

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
