In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse creative projects including website development, print design, and marketing campaigns across multiple client sectors. You’ll work with our dynamic team of approximately 15 staff and contractors, including account managers, website developers, UX designers, and strategists, to deliver impactful digital solutions for clients in higher education, public transit, and community health.

As a Creative Project Manager at MAC, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects for our clients — ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing cross-disciplinary projects including website development, print collateral, brand identity systems, and marketing campaigns.
- Managing medium to large website projects built primarily in WordPress, with some projects in Modern Campus or other CMS platforms.
- Using ClickUp to set schedules, assign tasks, and track progress for project-specific teams.
- Using Slack for internal team communication to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Overseeing project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinating print production timelines, vendor relationships, and quality control for deliverables including annual reports, brochures, signage, and promotional materials.
- Managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints and media types.
- Overseeing brand implementation projects from identity development through application across print and digital channels.
- Coordinating internal teams, including account managers, website developers, UX designers, and strategists, to align on project goals.
- In collaboration with Account Manager, acting as a liaison with clients in higher education, public transit, and community health, managing communications and ensuring their needs are met.
- Ensuring websites adhere to best practices, including usability, performance, and compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Contributing to process improvements and sharing insights to enhance workflows and project delivery, including the incorporation of AI tools.
We’re looking for a proactive, organized professional who brings enthusiasm and expertise to project management. The ideal candidate has:
- Experience: 5 years of project management experience in creative agency settings, with demonstrated ability to manage projects across digital, print, and marketing disciplines; experience with large-scale website projects strongly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with WordPress websites; familiarity with Modern Campus or other CMS platforms is a plus. Understanding of print production processes, vendor management, and file preparation for various output methods.
- Skills: Experience building out projects and managing tasks in a project management platform (ClickUp experience preferred); strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Location: Preference for candidates local to Corvallis, OR, or Colorado Springs, CO, with a preference for fully on-site work (hybrid or remote may be considered for the right candidate).

- AI & Efficiency: Curiosity about and comfort with using AI tools to streamline workflows, support communication, or increase productivity.
- Education/Certifications: A relevant degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, or CMS-specific) are preferred but not required.
- Bonus Points: Knowledge of website best practices including WCAG accessibility compliance and SEO; understanding of print production workflows and specifications; experience in higher education, community health, or public transit is a big plus.
