Hours of Operation: Weekends through end of school year plus holidays; summer break- 7 days a week until Labor Day

For a great job with an amazing team, join our 2026 summer staff at the Asbury Splash Park for a fun and rewarding summer work experience! This position is hourly & FLSA Non- exempt.
Responsibilities:
- Complete opening and closing tasks.
- Communicate policies to guests and answer their questions with above and beyond customer service.
- Supervise all splash park ongoings to prevent incidents and accidents.
- Enforce splash park rules & regulations- ex.- No running, horseplay, misuse of equipment.
- Complete hourly bathroom checks and pick up trash throughout the park.
- Conduct first aid for guests as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Able to work without a cell phone or AirPods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Comfortable in summer seasonal weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for a long period of time.
