Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices
- Provide end-user training and support on the use of various software application s
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of IT assets
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a desktop support or help desk role
- Strong technical skills in computer hardware, software, and networking
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network ) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Standard office environment with occasional travel to end-user locations
- Regular business hours, with the possibility of occasional after-hours support
