Responsibilities:
- Represent and assist buyers in the purchase of homes, managing every step from the initial consultation to closing.
- Work with buyer leads provided through the brokerage.
- Respond promptly to leads provided by Madison Allied.
- Utilize virtual tools to manage transactions and maintain communication with clients.
- Stay informed on local real estate market trends to better serve your clients.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license in Florida.
- Experience in residential real estate preferred, but motivated new agents are welcome.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working virtually and using digital tools.
