Position Summary:
The IT Support Specialist will support the IT team in aligning technology solutions with business needs. role provides hands-on exposure to IT strategy, business applications, and project coordination within a manufacturing environment.
You will work closely with IT leaders and cross-functional teams to assist with technology initiatives, process improvements, and ongoing IT projects. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in enterprise IT operations, business systems, and digital innovation.
This position is full-time, onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support
Assist with the planning, coordination, and documentation of IT projects.
Support project tracking, timelines, and status reporting to ensure initiatives stay on schedule.
Business & Technology Alignment
Help gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders.
Assist the IT team in identifying opportunities where technology can improve business processes.
Technology & Application Support
Provide support for business applications and help maintain system documentation.
Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and user support for new or existing systems.
Data & Performance Tracking
Support the monitoring of IT project progress and performance metrics.
Help develop dashboards or reports that track project outcomes and system performance.
Innovation & Process Improvement
Research emerging technologies and tools that could improve productivity or efficiency.
Contribute ideas to enhance business processes or technology usage across the organization.
Collaboration & Communication
Work with IT leaders, business teams, and operational partners to support ongoing initiatives.
Participate in team meetings and assist with communication of IT updates and initiatives.

Qualifications:
Required
Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Strong interest in business technology and digital transformation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Familiarity with project management tools, business systems, or data analysis tools
Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, or similar tools
Interest in manufacturing or industrial technology environments
