Duties
- Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety
- Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements efficiently while adhering to manufacturer specifications
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as filter replacements and minor mechanical repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and perform repairs accurately
- Support wheel alignments and other automotive service procedures to enhance vehicle performance
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety protocols during all service activities
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally
Requirements
- Previous tire installation experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive diagnostics preferred
- Experience with tire service, oil changes, fluid replacements, and basic mechanical repairs necessary
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform maintenance tasks requiring manual dexterity
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and communication
- Knowledge of vehicle alignment procedures and minor mechanical repairs is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating standard passenger vehicles preferred
