Senior SAP Finance FICO Consultant
Position Type: Full-Time Direct Hire
Location: Remote with Occasional Onsite Requirements

Madiba is currently in search of multiple Full-Time SAP Finance FICO Consultants for our team. The role will be responsible for supporting and implementing global SAP FICO solutions as well as playing key role as a finance cross-functional lead across multiple workstreams.

Senior SAP Finance FICO Consultant

The Role
Madiba is currently in search of multiple Full-Time SAP Finance FICO Consultants for our team. The role will be responsible for supporting and implementing global SAP FICO solutions as well as playing key role as a finance cross-functional lead across multiple workstreams.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Senior SAP FICO functional experience and excellent understanding of finance business processes
- Knowledge of Accounting/Finance business processes and of SAP FICO integration with GL, AP, AR, AA, BA, SL and other modules
- Experience working with Operations and Finance business stakeholders to manage solution delivery through the development lifecycle, provide training and guidance, and create process and training documents
- Solution designing and support experience in financial reporting, profitability reports and COPA, cost planning and budgeting, costing, integration with MM, SD, PP modules asset accounting, and profit center accounting
- Gather requirements, perform analysis, writing functional specifications, designing and configuring system and, leading training, developing system documentation, and interface solutions
- Perform and lead system testing
- Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Integration point configuration experience
- Strong knowledge of ASAP Methodology, System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), service-oriented architecture and Enterprise Application Integration tools
- Ability to effectively coordinate and manage cross-functional and technical activities with strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Support core SAP business processes from a Finance (FICO) perspective
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and propose solutions
- 8-10 years relevant experience supporting and implementing global FICO solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Information Systems
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is required
- CPA, Chartered ACC or related certification a plus
- Certification in SAP FI/CO and other modules is highly desired
