What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Healthcare Recruiting (agency or in-house)
- A track record of hitting (or smashing) placement and revenue targets
- Strong pipeline-building and relationship skills
- Confidence working independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Solid understanding of healthcare staffing (travel nursing and/or allied health is a big plus)
