We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire and blue-collar talent across the U.S.
This role suits someone who moves fast, communicates well, and knows how to build relationships with candidates without sounding robotic or corporate. Someone who can manage multiple openings, keep things organized, and genuinely enjoys recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and recruiting skilled trades and heavy equipment candidates
- Completing phone screens and coordinating interviews
- Managing job ads across Indeed and other platforms
- Building talent pipelines instead of relying on applicants only
- Working directly with operations teams on workforce needs
- Managing candidate communication from first contact through onboarding
- Coordinating onboarding items including background checks, medicals, travel, and compliance
- Keeping recruitment systems and candidate records up to date
- Supporting hiring campaigns, referrals, and recruitment events
- Helping improve recruitment processes and hiring speed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Strong communication skills and good people instincts
- Ability to manage multiple roles at once without dropping the ball
- Comfortable speaking with blue-collar workers, mechanics, and operational teams
- Organized, proactive, and self-sufficient
- Experience in mining, construction, industrial, transport, or trades recruitment is highly regarded

Location & Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Fort Collins, CO.
Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
