We’re growing fast and looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Fort Collins office. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps things running smoothly, and enjoys being the go-to person for getting stuff done, this is your role.
- Location: Office-based, Fort Collins, CO
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating lodging, flights, and mobilization for crew travel
- Supporting fleet management and vehicle logistics
- Assisting with new hire onboarding and start-up processes
- Managing rosters, training records, and personal data
- Overseeing client portals and job tracking systems
- Maintaining safety and compliance documentation
- Handling monthly invoicing for your portfolio
- Assisting with finance tasks like purchase orders, credit card reconciliation, and invoice processing
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a similar industry or fast-paced admin role
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize
- A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Someone who’s reliable, team-oriented, and ready to grow
