What You'll Do:
- Manage and engage with large accounts, prioritizing high-value opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through follow-up, cross-selling, and conversion strategies
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Madeira's brand standards
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely shipments
- Provide back up for the Key Account team to maintain seamless service
- Track account activity, identify trends, and share insights with leadership
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Organized and detail-oriented, and skilled at follow-up
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated and collaborative
- Must work on-site in Gilford, NH: occastional travel
