Job Overview
Portuguese/American Restaurant is seeking part-time dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service at various events. Ability to work weekends is necessary. Must have previous banquet serving experience. Must be dependable, clean, organized and have a good personality. Bilingual in Portuguese/Spanish a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
- Set up and break down banquet tables and chairs according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Buss tables promptly, clearing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.
- Address guest inquiries and requests with courtesy and efficiency.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies during food handling and service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
- Experience in bartending or bussing is a plus but not mandatory.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service in banquet settings, hotels, restaurants, or similar environments.
