What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant to the Principal position at Madeira City School District?
Madeira City Schools will have an opening starting in January of the 2025-2026 school year for an Administrative Assistant to the Principal’s Office. This is a full-time 12-month position. Preference will be given to candidates that have the following qualifications:
Previous school office experience with fiscal processing, website management, communication systems, graduation planning, and building operations.
Knowledge and experience in using school-related technology databases/resources (DASL, PaySchools, Frontline/AESOP, etc).
Evidence of positive communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and school staff.
Excellent oral and written skills
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written communication
Ability to cultivate and model a respectful working and learning environment
