Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including proper disposal of waste and recycling.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and helping with catering events.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards.
- Support the kitchen team by helping with banquet setups and breakdowns during events.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including catering or restaurant environments, is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
