Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for driven and confident Business Development Manager to help accelerate MadeComfy’s growth.

You’ll sell our complete end-to-end management service, owning your pipeline from first enquiry through to signed partnership. You’ll combine commercial acumen with empathy and care, delivering consultative sales that build long-term relationships and genuine customer success.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage your inbound leads from enquiry through to signed listing.

  • Qualify and nurture prospects, identify opportunities, and close business confidently.

  • Deliver a great first impression that builds trust and sets the tone for long-term partnerships.

  • Work closely with our Onboarding and Operations teams for a seamless owner experience.

  • Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Champion customer success, your goal is to help owners thrive.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in property, hospitality, or a fast-growth environment.

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with people.

  • Excellent organisation and follow-through, you keep momentum across multiple leads.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with confidence to own outcomes.

  • Goal-driven energy and creativity to deliver consistent results.

  • Interest or background in short-term rentals, real estate, or property management is a plus.

Salary : $70,000 - $150,000
