Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in El Segundo, CA, for an entry-level or early-career Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). The Physical Therapist will provide individualized, one-on-one care to patients, assessing their unique conditions, creating personalized functional rehabilitation plans, and helping them achieve their recovery and wellness goals. The role includes working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and utilizing advanced treatment techniques and equipment to meet high standards of care.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Skills in Medicine and Patient Care with a focus on orthopedic and athletic recovery
- Ability to provide high-quality care in both clinic and Home Care settings, when applicable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver effective one-on-one mentorship and patient interactions
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and current licensure to practice in California
- Passion for learning and professional growth, particularly for those early in their career
- Experience in orthopaedics, pediatrics, or athletic rehabilitation is a plus
