MADE Student Athletics is seeking experienced, high-energy coaches and trainers to join our growing team as a Sport Performance Specialist.

Position Overview
The SPC Specialist is a skilled coaching professional in a particular sport or discipline and capable of independently leading sessions, building athlete relationships, and contributing to the growth of MADE programming.
This role is ideal for:
- sports performance coaches,
- personal trainers,
- PE teachers,
- former athletes,
- fitness professionals,
- or experienced youth coaches who are passionate about mentorship and development.
Responsibilities
- Lead youth and adult training sessions independently
- Encourage mental development through implementation of educational activities
- Coach movement mechanics, athletic performance, and fitness fundamentals
- Build positive relationships with athletes and families
- Support both Student-Athlete and Student-Healthlete programming
- Assist with camps, clinics, and special events
- Uphold the MADE culture, standards, and coaching philosophy
- Mentor interns and developing coaches when needed
What We’re Looking ForPreferred Qualifications
- Experience coaching youth, athletes, or group fitness
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to command energy and attention in group environments
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Passion for mentorship and long-term development
Bonus Qualifications
- Background in kinesiology, exercise science, education, or sports
- Personal training certifications
- Experience with speed/agility or strength training
- Experience running camps, clinics, or personal training

Coaches with specialized knowledge, playing experience, certifications, or a strong passion for youth development within these areas are strongly encouraged to apply. Multi-sport coaching experience is a major plus as MADE continues to expand our programming offerings within our new facility.
