We are looking for a coach who pays attention, thinks critically, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Made Possible Personal Training (MPPT)
We are a semi-private strength training studio in downtown St. Petersburg. We are building professionals, not just filling shifts.
We work with busy adults, professionals, and many clients 50 . Most of our members are not traditional “gym people.” They rely on us for clarity, structure, and intelligent coaching.
We don’t just coach workouts. We teach clients how their bodies work so they can move with confidence for life.
Many of our clients have struggled for years before finding us. Your role is to help them feel capable again.
How We Operate
You will not be responsible for selling. Our leadership team handles that so you can focus fully on coaching.
Programming is provided when you start. Your responsibility is to deliver it at a high level:
- Clear cueing
- Smart regressions and progressions
- Strong session flow
- A high-quality member experience
All coaches work with all clients. This creates a collaborative environment where everyone improves together.
Our Training Model
All sessions are semi-private and individualized.
Semi-2
1 coach : 2 clients
High connection, detailed coaching, real-time feedback
Semi-4
1 coach : 4 clients
Requires leadership, organization, presence, and attention to detail
This model develops real coaching skill. You will learn how to see, think, and adjust in real time.

Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized strength sessions with detail
- Provide effective cueing, regressions, and progressions
- Support and guide members toward their goals
- Participate in team education and development
- Contribute to daily studio operations (cleanliness, communication)
- Uphold the mission and standards of MPPT
Compensation & Growth
- Paid onboarding and shadowing ($15–$20/hour)
- Coaching pay starting at $25–34/coaching hour
