Position Title: Stone Care & Restoration Technician

Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable Surface Restoration Technician to join our team and work alongside our lead technician. Our company specializes in restoring existing surfaces through services such as polishing, grinding, buffing, sealing, cleaning, and refinishing.
This is a surface restoration position and does not include the installation of new floors or surfaces.
This opportunity is open to experienced technicians and motivated candidates who are willing to learn. Training is available for individuals with a strong work ethic and an interest in surface restoration.
Responsibilities
- Operate floor-care machines and handheld equipment safely and correctly
- Assist with floor cleaning, maintenance, and restoration projects
- Follow company procedures, safety rules, and job-site instructions
- Arrive on time and reliably work the required schedule
- Listen carefully and communicate respectfully with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
- Complete detailed, high-quality work
- Properly care for tools, machines, vehicles, and other company property
- Help keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Travel to customer locations as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in floor care, professional cleaning, construction cleanup, or restoration
- Experience operating floor machines and handheld tools
- Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality work
- Dependable, punctual, honest, and responsible
- Able to follow instructions and company rules
- Willing to learn and accept feedback
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- English-language skills are preferred but not required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide the required employment documentation
- Ability to meet the physical demands of floor-care and restoration work, with reasonable accommodation when applicable
- Ability and willingness to work the scheduled hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or changing job-site schedules
- Reliable transportation to the designated workplace or meeting location

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
