Position: Window Covering Installer
Location: Reno, Sparks, Carson, and Lake Tahoe, NV
Job Description: Window Covering Installer will be responsible for the professional installation of various types of window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, exterior shades, and awnings. You will be expected to fill out warehouse inventory forms, tool inventory paperwork, KPIs DAILY!
You will work closely with our clients to ensure precise measurements and installation, delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
You MUST be able to communicate clearly and efficiently with office staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Measure windows accurately to ensure proper fit of window coverings.
- Tool inventory
- Warehouse Management
- Install blinds, shades (interior and exterior), shutters, and draperies according to manufacturer instructions and company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or challenges that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in window covering installation is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of Scheduling Coordination
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise measurements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry window treatments and equipment as needed.
