As a Window Treatment Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with customers in their homes, help them choose the right window treatments, and guide the project from consultation through installation. This is a high-earning role for a driven, commission-minded salesperson who enjoys helping customers make confident decisions.
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience preferred with in-home sales as a bonus
- Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
- Organized, professional, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Strong math skills for measuring and quoting
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using a CRM
- Able to lift 20 lbs, climb stairs, and measure overhead on a 6-foot ladder
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations and recommend the right solution
- Create customized proposals based on style, function, and budget
- Measure accurately and build clear quotes
- Stay organized, arrive on time, and follow up consistently
- Generate new business through referrals and relationships
- Own the customer experience from sale through installation
- Partner with installers to ensure accurate measurements and smooth installs
- Stay current on products and vendor offerings

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
