What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Window Treatment Installer position at Made in the Shade - Cherry Hill?
Shift:
Full time or Part Time
Monday - Friday, 9-5, Flexible
We’re looking for a Window Treatment Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and customer care. You’ll measure and install blinds, shades, shutters, exterior shades and drapes in customers’ homes, represent the brand professionally, and help deliver 5-star results.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience with basic hand and power tools
- In-home installation experience is a bonus
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and customer-service focused
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders and stairs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (van provided).
- Employment is subject to the successful completion of a background check.
- Arrive on time and prepared (tooling is provided).
- Measure and install window treatments accurately for a clean finish
- Troubleshoot install issues and resolve them professionally
- Protect customer homes and leave the workspace clean
- Care for provided tools and equipment
- Stay current on products and installation best practices, including programming motorization and apps
