We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Information Technology Specialist to support our technical infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity needs across both aerospace and oil & gas operations. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of IT assets used in engineering, production, field operations, and corporate environments. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in highly regulated, safety-critical industries.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, mobile devices, and networking equipment.Provide Level 2–3 support for system issues, user requests, and operational IT needs.Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and related enterprise tools.Manage user access, permissions, and identity security according to company policy.Monitor and maintain network performance (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi).Support cybersecurity initiatives including MFA, endpoint security monitoring, and threat response.Assist in vulnerability scans, patch management, and compliance reporting.Manage systems used for equipment maintenance, field operations, and asset management.Support compliance-driven documentation systems for QA/QC, part traceability, and certification.Assist operations teams with software and hardware used on production floors, in test labs, or field environments.Provide support for ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, NetSuite).Troubleshoot issues with data integrations, user roles, and reporting tools.Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.Participate in or lead IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and system rollouts.Work with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to evaluate new technologies.Develop SOPs, technical guides, and training materials for end-users.Track KPIs, system performance, and help desk metrics to identify improvement opportunities.Qualifications1 years of IT support, system administration, or infrastructure experience.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.Experience supporting networks, firewalls, and cybersecurity tools.Experience in aerospace, oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, or other regulated environments.Ability to troubleshoot complex systems involving hardware, software, and operational equipment.Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Experience with PLM/MES/ERP systems common in aerospace and energy sectors.Familiarity with CAD/CAM applications (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, AutoCAD).Knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, field equipment networks (for oilfield or plant operations).Experience with cybersecurity compliance standards (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001
