Marketing & Community Outreach
- Support community outreach initiatives to increase local engagement and program visibility.
- Build relationships with parents and athletes during drop-off and pick-up times.
- Promote upcoming leagues, clinics, and events to drive participation and retention.
- Facility Operations & Management
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of a 15,000-square-foot elite basketball facility.
- Utilize the Mindbody platform to manage camper check-ins, registrations, and real-time scheduling updates.
- Coordinate transitions between summer camp sessions, private training sessions, and facility rentals.
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and safe training environment.
- Basketball Knowledge: Foundational understanding of basketball training and youth sports culture.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; comfortable interacting with athletes, parents, and coaching staff.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable learning and using software platforms ( Mindbody, Google Workspace, and sports technology tools).
- Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented with a willingness to take initiative
