About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team for an extended engagement supporting retail data analysis and sales operations functions. This is a hands-on role ideal for a college level student or recent graduate interested in retail merchandising, supply chain, or business analytics. You will work directly alongside our sales team, gaining real-world experience with vendor data, pricing operations, and item management workflows.
Responsibilities
Analytical & Operational Responsibilities:
- Extract, analyze, and manipulate large data sets to surface tactical insights, leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis and presentation.
- Engage and partner on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment.
- Build and maintain standardized tracking files; identify and flag data discrepancies and coordinate timely corrections.
- Support item setup, data attribution, and pricing analysis.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate/Graduate level students currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in one or the following degree programs or related fields - Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Retail Management, Engineering, Marketing.
- Must have a current GPA of at least 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data formatting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with retail operations, vendor management, or merchandising processes.
- Prior experience with Walmart, Sam's Club internal or vendor systems (e.g. Scintilla, Madrid, IDM, Suppler One).
- Experience handling large data sets and translating findings into clear, actionable insights.
