What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand & Operations Coordinator position at Made By Dentists?
This role sits at the heart of MBD, supporting both our customers and our campaigns. On one side, you’ll run the day to day of customer service and product send outs. On the other, you’ll help bring brand activations, events, and content shoots to life. It’s a hands-on role for someone who likes variety, moves fast, and gets a kick out of being the person everyone can count on.
- Support day-to-day customer service by responding to emails, tracking common queries, and escalating product issues where needed. Support with send outs of product replacements for customer service queries.
- Support with the prep, packing, and dispatch of product send-outs for influencers, press, and giveaways, ensuring everything is logged and shipped on time.
- Keep our PR and sample stock organised and up to date, making sure the right products are always on hand for campaigns and send outs.
- Support the coordination of marketing activations, campaign launches, and in-store moments by assisting the creative and marketing team with needs.
- Pitch in on creative shoots and office content by gathering props, helping with setup and anything else that may come up.
- Lend a hand across departments as needed, supporting the wider team with admin, research, and last-minute tasks that keep the wheels turning.
- Be a positive, proactive presence in the MBD office. Always looking for ways to make things smoother, more efficient, and more fun.
- Show up with a positive, can-do attitude that reflects the Made by Dentists energy, whether you’re answering a customer email or helping pack kits for a launch.
- Support content, brand, and design teams by staying detail-focused and helping bring ideas to life exactly as envisioned.

- Familiarity with tools like Google Drive or Asana is a bonus, but not essential. Just bring the willingness to learn and jump in.
Made by Dentists is an oral care start-up based in Solana Beach, California, founded by two dentists on a mission to shake up the dental aisle. We’re a scrappy, ambitious team made up of ex–Sun Bum creatives including their legendary brand founder, Tom Rinks, and we’re looking for a Brand & Operations Coordinator to join the ride.
