Our company is looking for reliable, hardworking Finish \ Punch List Carpenters to work for our specialized client, with local projects throughout the PNW. Our ideal candidate has an aptitude for precision and can accommodate unique build requirements from clients. We prefer candidates who have 3 years of prior experience in finish carpentry and tenant improvements. Shift hours may vary based on the needs of the clients.Finish Carpenter Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specificationsMeasure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, furniture, etc.Erect scaffolding or ladders as neededCollaborate with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to complete projectsTroubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipmentFollow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksiteFinish Carpenter Requirements and Qualifications3 years of finish and TI carpentryKeen attention to detailBlueprint reading skillsFully tooled with and hand tools and power toolsTroubleshooting and communication skillsPhysical stamina for lifting equipment and working at various heights and in tight spacesPrefer Bi-lingual candidatesCompensation:Hourly: $35 -$40 DOEMedicalPaid Sick Leave401K matchReferral Program#zr
