Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and certification of all sawmill machinery, equipment, and associated systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, fabricate, install, service, repair, troubleshoot, and certify all sawmill machinery, equipment, conveyor systems, lifts, cranes, and associated material handling equipment.
- Liaise with manufacturing teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production.
Requirements
To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:
- At least 10 years of experience as a Millwright in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, vibration analysis, and laser alignment.
