Our work spans branding, website design and development, website maintenance, digital advertising, and ongoing marketing support. We work with a network of talented specialists to assemble the right team for each client and project.
We're a small, collaborative company, which means this isn't a narrow corporate account-management position. You'll have visibility into the work, relationships with our clients and contractors, and a meaningful role in how Madden Creative operates and grows.

- Manage client communication, questions, requests, feedback, and follow-ups.

- Create, assign, organize, and maintain tasks, deadlines, milestones, and dependencies.

- Monitor projects and proactively follow up with team members before deadlines are missed.
- Coordinate client feedback, revisions, approvals, and final deliverables.
- Prioritize work across multiple clients and projects.
- Maintain organized project documentation so important details don't get lost between meetings, emails, and Asana.
- Look ahead to identify what needs to happen next rather than simply managing what's due today.
Madden Creative works with specialized contractors across design, development, content, digital marketing, and other disciplines. You'll help serve as the connective tissue between those team members. You'll be responsible for:
- Assigning and clearly communicating project needs to designers, developers, CRM specialists, videographers, digital marketers, and other creative contractors.
- Making sure contractors have the right information, assets, deadlines, and context they need.
- Following up on deliverables and identifying potential bottlenecks before they affect the client.
- Coordinating work between multiple contractors when projects cross disciplines.
- Reviewing deliverables for completeness before they're presented to clients.
- Keeping contractors informed when priorities, deadlines, or client requirements change.
- Creating accountability while maintaining a positive, collaborative working environment.
The right person can see both the big picture and the details. We want you to understand how our creative and marketing projects move from idea to execution and be confident in managing the people involved. We want you to be:
- Exceptionally organized and comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with designers, developers, marketers, writers, and other creative professionals.
- A strong written and verbal communicator; proactive rather than reactive.
- Confident communicating directly with clients and leading conversations.
- Comfortable making decisions and moving work forward independently.
- Able to translate ambiguous client requests into clear next steps.
- Comfortable holding team members accountable to commitments and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of business objectives and timelines.
- Curious about our clients' businesses and interested in understanding the "why" behind the work.
Previous experience working in a creative, marketing, advertising, digital, or web agency environment is strongly preferred.
Agency work moves quickly. Priorities shift, multiple clients need attention at once, projects involve several disciplines, and sometimes the most important thing you can do is recognize a problem before anyone else does. We're especially interested in candidates who have experience:
- Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Coordinating designers, developers, writers, marketers, or outside contractors.
- Managing website design and development projects.
- Managing ongoing client retainers.
- Navigating client feedback, revisions, approvals, and scope changes.
- Balancing competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
These aren't required, but they'll definitely get our attention:
- Social media management experience, including content calendars, scheduling, asset coordination, and client approvals.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, SEO, or CRM platforms.
- Experience with WordPress or other website platforms.
- Experience working with distributed teams and independent contractors.
- Basic understanding of website design, development, branding, and digital marketing workflows.
You'll know you're succeeding when:
- Clients feel informed, supported, and confident that their work is being handled.
- Contractors know what's expected of them and have what they need to succeed.
- Asana accurately reflects what's happening across our projects.
- Deadlines rarely come as surprises.
- Client requests don't fall through the cracks.
- Potential problems are identified before they become urgent.
- Projects consistently move from conversation to action to completion.
- Madden Creative leadership doesn't need to personally manage every handoff, follow-up, or deadline.
Send us your resume to info@madden-creative.com along with a brief introduction about your experience managing clients and projects. In your introduction, we'd also love to hear about a time you identified something that needed to happen on a client project and took ownership of it without being asked.
