Madden’s is currently seeking Bartenders for the 2026 season.
Qualifications:- Set up and break down banquet bar stations according to event specifications.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
- Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible service.
- Follow all recipes, portion controls, and service standards.
- Verify guest age and comply with all alcohol service laws.
- Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
- Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control and cleaning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout events.
- Accountable for checks and cash transactions, drink tickets and POS systems as required.
- Utilizes Point of Sales System.
- Reviews banquet or dining room schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking after events.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Reliable attendance.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous bartending experience required; banquet or event experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not require any supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in multiple dining outlets.
Physical Demands:
Primarily standing for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to stand, walk, talk/hear, both in person and by telephone, occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 40 pounds sometimes repeatedly.
Expected Hours of Work:
Flexible schedule with nights, weekends and holidays.
Travel:
Less than 10% travel required.
