Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor activities and maintain security.
- Enforce rules and regulations while providing excellent customer service to guests and employees.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary during investigations or emergencies.
- Assist in conflict management situations with professionalism and composure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security management or law enforcement is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Experience in loss prevention or surveillance operations is a plus.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security technology is advantageous.
