What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Forklift Operator position at Madbrook Donut Company?

- Organizing items from inbound trucks (using a forklift and/or electric pallet jack)
- Staging pallets for outbound trucks (using a forklift and/or electric pallet jack)
- Wrapping pallets

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS will include but not be limited to:
- Ensure that established policies, rules and regulations, and procedures are followed.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment.
- Regular use of forklifts, pallet jacks, pallet wrapping machines, taping machines, scan guns, computers, iPads, and proper handling procedures to safely store or pull inventory in an organized and efficient manner.
- Complete daily & weekly inventories of different items.
- Rotate product frequently to maintain First-In First-Out compliance.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and speed of the unloading and storing of all incoming loads.
- Ensure accurate pulling and loading of all outgoing shipment & deliveries.
- Assist Packaging/Warehouse teams as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
As mentioned before, this is an active job where you will be on your feet for most of your shift. You will be walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50lbs regularly. You must have experience using machinery and equipment as mentioned above. Candidates must have forklift experience. Candidates must be able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures such as a freezer, cooler, or warm areas. Must have valid driver's license.
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
