We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and service-oriented team players to join our Food & Beverage Team!

🌟 What You'll Do:

• Serve guests with a friendly attitude while providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked food and beverage areas.
• Accurately process food and beverage transactions using point-of-sale systems.
• Recommend menu items, snacks, beverages, and combo offerings to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met.
• Assist guests with questions and provide a welcoming, positive experience.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and hygiene standards.
• Support daily operational needs, including stocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred. 
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality. 
• Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests. 
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces. 
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns. 
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
