🎯 What You’ll Do:

As a Retail Shift Lead, you'll be the go-to person for the day-to-day operations of our buzzing attraction! You'll lead from the front, support your teammates, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile (and maybe a souvenir or two 😉).

🧭 Your Key Responsibilities:

• 🎟️ Act as the Supervisor on Duty for Admissions, Attractions, Retail, and Food & Beverage

• 📋 Delegate daily tasks and motivate your team to shine

• 😃 Create a “guest-obsessed” culture that delivers legendary service

• 🚦 Manage lines and crowd flow to keep the experience smooth and safe

• 🧑‍🏫 Train hosts on ride safety, food handling, profit protection, and retail excellence

• 💬 Resolve guest concerns with confidence and positivity

• 📦 Assist with inventory, stocking, scheduling, and team development

• 🔍 Coach, mentor, and elevate your team’s performance

👀 What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 6 months in attractions, hospitality, or service industry roles (retail/entertainment a plus!)

• Experience with children & families a big bonus! 🎉

• Natural-born leader with top-notch communication and motivation skills

• A flair for fun, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving!

💼 Certifications & Licenses:

• Willingness to obtain any certifications required by law

• Training provided for all attraction-specific roles ✅

🏃‍♂️ What You’ll Need:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work on your feet during your full shift

• Comfortable navigating both indoor and outdoor environments 🌦️

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays ⏰

• Passion for entertainment, safety, and creating WOW moments for guests ✨
