Job Summary:
As a Street Team Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Madame Tussauds Hollywood, engaging with guests outside the attraction to create excitement and drive ticket sales. This role is perfect for outgoing, energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with people from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
· Guest Engagement: Actively approach and interact with potential guests on Hollywood Boulevard, providing information about the attraction and current promotions.
· Sales & Upselling: Promote and sell admission tickets, packages, and add-ons to meet or exceed daily sales targets.
· Brand Representation: Maintain a positive, professional image of Madame Tussauds at all times while working in high-traffic areas.
· Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about attraction features, special events, and pricing to confidently answer guest questions.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with admissions and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and guest experience.
· Compliance: Follow all safety, security, and cash-handling procedures as outlined by company policy.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Must be at least 18 years of age. Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage and persuade guests in a friendly, non-intrusive manner. Enthusiasm for representing the brand. Previous experience in sales, promotions, or guest service with strong interpersonal skills is preferred. Fun, positive attitude. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to deal with large crowds. Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods. Ability to prioritize multiple guests. Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm while doing repetitive work. Reliable and punctual.
Working Conditions:
· Attendance is a mandatory function of this job.
· Must be willing to work flexible hours, including morning, evenings, holidays, and weekends to support site operations.
· Will be working outside on Hollywood Blvd in the elements, standing for long periods of time.
Pay Range
USD $17.90/Hr.
