What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Driver position at Mad River Local Schools?
5 hours per day
Starting Salary: $24.19 per hour

Must hold a valid CDL with school bus and passenger endorsements.
Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or its equivalency.
Possess effective communication skills - both oral and written.
Willingness to assist with the requirements of special needs students.
Possess a positive attitude toward special needs students.
Ability to lift and/or manipulate body weight of children - minimum weight 50 lbs.
Ability to climb stairs and lift/manipulate wheelchairs with students.
A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
Meets qualifications defined in the current Ohio Revised Code, Ohio Pupil Transportation Operation & Safety Rules, and School Board Policy.
