Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Emergency Nursing and managing emergency room operations.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.
- Demonstrated skills in Nursing and consistent excellence in delivering Patient Care.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities within a healthcare setting.
- Ability to respond effectively and quickly in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher is preferred; prior supervisory experience is advantageous.
