Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment and drain cleaning tools
- Perform pipe fitting, threading, and soldering as required for various plumbing configurations
- Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects and coordinate with HVAC or other mechanical trades when necessary
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on-site
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in construction plumbing and site work environments
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
