What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Specialist position at Mad Packs?
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented warehouse associate to join our operations team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, tracking product movement, assisting with order fulfillment, and ensuring physical inventory remains aligned with our inventory management systems.
Previous hands-on METRC experience is required. Dutchie experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory
- Accurately enter and maintain inventory within Metrc
- Track transfers, packages, quantities, and product movement
- Perform routine physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records between physical inventory and inventory systems
- Assist with preparing, verifying, and fulfilling orders for multiple locations
- Research and correct inventory discrepancies when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
- Follow company procedures and applicable compliance requirements
- Work closely with management and team members to keep inventory accurate and operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- Previous hands-on METRC experience is required
- Previous inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or processing experience strongly preferred
- Dutchie experience is a major plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, computers, and inventory management systems
- Ability to manage multiple products, SKUs, packages, and quantities accurately
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Who We're Looking For
We need someone who understands that accurate inventory is essential to a smooth operation. You should be comfortable identifying discrepancies, researching what caused them, and making sure records stay accurate from receiving through fulfillment.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
