Mad Moose Rentals is Southern Utah's fastest-growing off-road rental and tour company! As the only Polaris Adventures Outfitter in the area, we are expanding quickly and looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Tech to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our fleet safe, clean, and adventure-ready for every customer.
Hours: Full-time (open 7 days a week, schedule may vary based on demand)
Pay: $18–$24/hour based on experience commission
Responsibilities
Maintain and service rental machines to ensure top performance
Perform routine inspections on all vehicles
Track, manage, and resolve issues using Fleetio
Transport machines based on demand and operational needs
Fuel and clean the Quail fleet regularly
Assist with machine rescues and recoveries when needed
Diagnose mechanical issues and complete necessary repairs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate clearly with team members regarding fleet status
Be proactive in identifying and preventing potential issues
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years or older
Previous mechanical or maintenance experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail with a strong focus on safety
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 25 pounds
