Adventure Specialist

Pay: $18-$24 hourly and competitive commission structure
Responsibilities:
- Phone Sales & Customer Service
- Tour guide scheduling and coordination
- Podium & online conversations
- FareHarbor for sales
- Phone sales weekly summary report - Podium, KPIs
- Outbound sales
- Understand fleet, self-guided experiences, private tours, group tours
- Understand Tour Guide preferences, strengths, weaknesses
- Manage and understand the list of customer FAQs
- Manage shared resources
- Quickly and efficiently handle all customer phone calls and texts
- Forecast bookings and machines needed
- Follow up with after-hours messages and phone calls
- Performance reviews
- Approve refunds and early damage hold release
- Fulfill Slingshot, Turo, and trailering rentals
- Some cleaning
Qualifications:
- Previous sales and customer service experience.
- Optimistic attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for adventure and the tourism industry.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while being autonomous.
- Excellent written communication is a top priority for this role.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable form of transportation
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
