We are supporting a Director/Partner opportunity within the Regulatory Compliance and Investigations (RCI) practice at a well-established CPA and advisory firm based in New York City. This senior role is focused on growing the RCI platform through leading complex compliance and investigative engagements, advising clients on regulatory and enforcement matters, and driving business development initiatives.
You would oversee matters such as internal investigations, regulatory responses, fraud risk assessments, compliance program design, and forensic accounting, while also helping expand client relationships and mentor a high-performing team.
Overview:
- Lead and oversee complex Regulatory Compliance and Investigations engagements, including internal investigations, regulatory responses, fraud risk assessments, compliance program design, and forensic accounting matters.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients across industries, providing guidance on evolving regulatory requirements and enforcement trends.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work products while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
- Drive business development through relationship building, networking, thought leadership, and participation in industry events.
- Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and enhance service offerings aligned with market needs.
- Expand the RCI practice by deepening client relationships and cross-selling broader firm capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture grounded in integrity, inclusion, and innovation.
Salary : $200,000 - $490,000
