Department Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Range $17 - $19
Summary: Production Level 1
This position is responsible for upholding quality control standards for products received from an off-site manufacturer. We then package and build stock inventory for our distribution channels.
Your day will include lifting up to 45 lbs, twisting, turning, bending, placing items on pallets, and taking items off pallets. We recommend shoes that are comfortable for standing in for 8 hours.

Essential Duties
- Uphold quality control standards
- Accurately pack product in preparation for shipment
- Follow directions as indicated on work order
Job Duties
- Read and understand work orders
- QC product received from manufacturer using standardized processes
- Report quality issues and correctly sort for inventory team
- Place product in retail boxes and subsequent shipping boxes using standardized process
- Understand exceptions processing for specific customers and accurately execute process
- Understand tracing capabilities of QR code scanning
- Accurately sign off on work orders
- Maintaining standard pace relevant to the warehouse floor
- Utilize safe palletizing techniques
- Sustain safe practices
- Willingness to cross train into different departments

Education/Work Experience
- High School education or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is helpful but not required
