✈️ Travel: Up to 20% to Target HQ in Minneapolis & market meetings
Mad Engine Global is looking for an experienced Director of Sales to drive strategy, growth, and account management for our Target business. If you know mass retail, understand the Target customer, and have a track record of building strong retail partnerships, we’d love to hear from you!
✨ What You’ll Do:
🎯 Lead sales strategy & growth for the Target account
🤝 Build strong relationships with Target buying & merchandising teams
👕 Partner on assortments aligned with consumer and retailer needs
📊 Analyze POS data, trends & performance to uncover growth opportunities
💰 Lead pricing, negotiations & margin strategies
🚀 Collaborate with Design, Production, Sourcing, Licensing & Supply Chain
✅ We’re Looking For:
• 7 years of sales/account management experience
• Strong mass retail experience — Target experience highly preferred
• Background in apparel, accessories or licensed products preferred
• Strong understanding of merchandising, retail math, costing & margins
• Excellent negotiation, presentation & relationship-building skills
• Ability to turn POS and market data into actionable sales strategies
