Responsibilities
- Working with our team of techs to clean commercial and residential locataions.
- Perform comprehensive carpet cleaning using industry-leading equipment and cleaning solutions to remove stains, dirt, and allergens.
- Conduct floor scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and refinishing to maintain various flooring surfaces in commercial settings.
- Handle chemical agents safely and effectively, ensuring proper dilution, application, and disposal in accordance with safety protocols.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, extractors, and floor polishers to achieve optimal results.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to equipment during cleaning operations while adhering to manual handling safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and supplies are properly stored after use.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience with a focus on commercial cleaning or environmental services is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, floor buffing, waxing, and refinishing.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly; familiarity with floor cleaning chemicals is advantageous.
- Experience operating various cleaning equipment such as extractors, buffers, scrubbers, and polishers.
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to service.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
